The Engaged Buddhists Foundation held its 2026 AGM on the 25th October 2026. The minutes and Committee Reports can be found below.
Major resolutions passed and decisions taken are outlined in the AGM documents below but by far the most important is the Special Resolution: Approval for the Sale of Property (Vejjasala). In order to achieve financial security in the long term, the Foundation needs to convert this property asset into funds, the interest from which can ensure our ongoing support for Venerable Tejadhammo and other causes in line with the aims and objectives of the Foundation’s new constitution.
