23 September 2022 @ 4:00 pm – 25 September 2022 @ 1:00 pm
Association of Engaged Buddhists – Weekend Silent Meditation Retreat with Jim Teoh at Vejjasala
About this event
This retreat is for lay persons to develop Right Mindfulness and Right Concentration as well as Loving Kindness and to incorporate these practices into their daily life. The teachings are based on the Satipathana Sutta and the Culagosinga Sutta.
The retreat integrates both theoretical and experiential aspects of the practices (sitting meditation and walking meditation). There will also be time for questions and feedback about individual participants’ meditation experience.
The retreat is suitable for beginners and practitioners of all levels.
