Those Pesky Thoughts – how to control thinking and when to just observe it
19 October 2023 @ 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Description
After Venerable Pandit Bhikkhu‘s enlightening talk “What Do You Think” in July, where Bhante delved deep into the intricacies of our thought processes, many requested further teachings on how to control our minds. We’re thrilled to announce that Bhante is returning to speak on this topic!
Join us on Thursday 19 October 7.30–9.00pm AEST (5.30pm Bangkok time) when Venerable Pandit Bhikkhu will guide us on the journey to understanding and managing our thoughts. Learn when to take control and when to simply observe those pesky thoughts that can tangle our mind.
