Description

What can we do to strengthen mindfulness, to improve its quality and broaden its scope?

Today mindfulness, or rather secular mindfulness, is seen as a one size fits all technique that can help anyone with a range of issues. While even a very basic mindfulness practice can have positive outcomes.

Buddhism offers numerous ways to strengthen and improve its quality and power. It offers a proactive way to improve the mind – slowly diminishing the Three Toxins – greed, hatred and delusion, and replacing them with generosity, kindness and understanding of reality.
