Guest Teacher Venerable Vimokkha (PhD)

We’re happy to announce that Venerable Vimokkha Mendhino, Ph.D, the abbot of the Thai Forest Monastery Pipphalivanaram, will be our guest teacher on Wednesday March 6th. To find out more about Ven. The topic will be based on the four foundation of mindfulness (Satipatthana), a pragmatic approach will be demonstrated how to turn inwards and seeing inwards in the practice of Samatha and Vipassana, thus to develop clear knowing and seeing into the nature of mind.
